Paper Plane and Poster

When a leading fire and security company wanted to improve background service through better internal communications, they took a fresh approach.

They formed a Service Delivery Excellence (SDE) team to work on the initiative and gave it a broad creative scope. The team wanted to create motivational material that would stand out in the office.

Their brainstorm "took flight" when they hit on the quirky idea of aeroplanes. Big bold posters and folded paper plane mobiles were prepared for each office. The new motivational material certainly stands out! The paper planes rotate and move with the air, constantly catching the eye and reminding staff that excellent customer service is an ongoing priority.

At BPG, we were impressed by the lateral thinking of the creative team. We love the way they have used paper and print so innovatively, and brought it into the working environment in three dimensions.
